This set is composed of a fork, a knife and a spoon out of stainless steel, hence non-corroding and suited for direct contact with food. In the German language, such sets of cutlery are also called Kutscherbesteck or Fuhrmannsbesteck, which can be literally translated as coachman's cutlery or waggoner's cutlery.
