Flintlock Pistol, Espingole, 18th Century, Ivory-Coloured, Replica

Decoration pistol with articulated mechanism
– NOT FUNCTIONAL –

Replica of an espingole pistol from the 18th century, also known as a blunderbuss or tromblon pistol. This flintlock pistol featured a distinctive flared muzzle that facilitated the loading of shot into the barrel. In the Age of Sail, this firearm enjoyed great popularity with naval forces and pirates alike.

The eye-catching stock of this beautiful muzzleloader replica is made of resin in ivory look. Except for the elaborate lock, all metal elements (barrel, ramrod, trigger guard and decorative grip ring) have an antiqued brass finish.

Our firearm replicas are solely intended for re-enactment and decorative purposes. Although the mechanism is fully articulated, this reproduction is not capable of firing. The ramrod cannot be pulled out.

A beautiful item for every collection and an indispensable accessory for re-enactors.
