The Meyer 1570 Federschwert is a steel longsword simulator designed as an entry-level reference for HEMA practice. Inspired by Joachim Meyer's 1570 fencing treatise, it pairs a medium-flex blade with a functional schilt and a point of balance close to the guard, in a plain, sturdy build made for regular training.
