After use, please clean the olive wood board with a soft sponge or cloth, lukewarm water and a little soap or mild detergent. Then dry with a kitchen towel. Please never put it in the dishwasher! After drying, rub occasionally with cooking oil. This prevents the wood from drying out. Wood should always be dried without additional heat if possible.
