The Bec de Faucon (falcon's beak) is, like the Bec de Corbin (raven's beak), a horsemanŽs hammer from Europe which combines elements of blunt, piercing and polearm weapons. It possesses a spike, which can be used like a spear and was used especially to crush and pierce heavy armor. This Warhammer got his name because of its pike, which has the same form as a falcon's beak. The hammerhead consists of a three-pronged hammer and the name-giving pick. The whole head and the spike are made of EN45 high carbon steel. The long wooden grip is riveted to the hammerhead and has a steel butt cap.
