Beautiful reconstruction of the famous sword assumed to have been worn by the Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian I. in the battle of Guinegate. This battle is also known as “Battle of the Spurs” because of the haste of the French horses were leaving the battlefield. Our replica has a beautiful bone hilt; holding rings, pommel and the distinctive guard are from solid brass. The sword will be delivered with a leather scabbard with locket and chape from brass.
